- 5th Layer – Non-Woven Fabric
Most of the masks in our store, have a pocket for a PM2.5 filter. PM2.5 filters improve a mask’s filtration effectiveness, especially against the smallest, aerosolised particles.
When evaluating breathable, reusable solutions for everyday use, a PM2.5 filter & mask is one of the most protective solutions available.
You should change your PM2.5 filter every few days, depending on how much you use it, for optimum filtration.

Don’t be confused by the dimensions. These inserts are the standard size. Some masks may need these to be rolled at the edges to insert but they should fit all standard adult cloth masks.
