Thanks for the review. In regards to the toggles, there obviously needs to be some movement so they can adjust the ear loops, but you may be able to place a knot in the end of the elastic to stop the toggles coming off? Thanks, Sarah

Perfect size for my 9 year old daughter. Lovely, breathable cotton, and room for a filter which I consider essential.
